Executive Director - The Lukas Community, Temple, NH

The Lukas Community, a residential anthroposophical community for adults with developmental challenges in a rural setting in southern New Hampshire, is seeking a new Executive Director. Here is a summary of the position:

Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of the Lukas Community and ensuring the timely and harmonious operation of the Community in fulfillment of its Mission. Areas for which s/he has oversight are residential operations, program development, finances, human resource management, policy and procedure development, facilities, marketing, fundraising, legal compliance and serving as the chief representative of Lukas to the community at large. It is of vital importance that the Executive Director be in close relationship, inwardly and outwardly, with the Mission and workings of the community and participate in all aspects of its life and work.
