The Virginia Institute of Autism (VIA), a non-profit organization located in Charlottesville, Virginia, is dedicated to helping people overcome the challenges of autism through innovative, evidence-based programs in education, outreach and adult services. VIA is currently seeking a Director of Outpatient Behavioral Services. This leadership position works with the Executive Director and the leadership team to provide a range of in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The OBS Director is responsible for assuring the overall quality and effectiveness of the services provided and for the attainment of financial and operational goals. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills are needed to guide the Outpatient team of Behavior Analysts, Coordinators and Registered Behavior Technicians^TM.

Qualifications include Master's degree in ABA, psychology, social work, speech language pathology or related field (Ph.D. preferred); BCBA certification and/or licensed professional preferred; minimum of five years of experience serving individuals with ASD; significant experience with staff training and supervision; and prior success generating program revenue and managing fiscal stability.
