Support Coordination Manager - Developmental Disability Services of Jackson County - EITAS, Kansas City, MO

EITAS is seeking a Support Coordination Manager to lead our Targeted Case Management Services, and supervise the Support Coordination Supervisor team. The Support Coordination Manager will work collaboratively with the Deputy and Executive Directors to ensure a high quality, integrated, person centered approach to support coordination for persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities supported by EITAS. This position supervises the entire TCM operations including 5 Team supervisors, 55 Support Coordinators with a budget of $5.2 million.

Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation, Psychology, Special Education or a closely related field (Master's Degree preferred); 5 years of case management experience for persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities; 3 years supervisory experience of case managers; and additional
years of progressive supervision, including upper level or executive management.; knowledge of Medicaid billing and Targeted Case Management services as defined by Medicaid; and familiarity with the principles of person centered planning and implementation. Strong advocacy skills and knowledge of the type of providers, services, and other community resources that are available for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities are also required.
