Supported Employment Administrator

ICM, Inc. is looking for a mission-driven leader to guide our Supported Employment Division supporting persons with developmental disabilities in gaining and maintaining employment in competitive and integrated settings. The Supported Employment Administrator will focus on growing the state-wide program through communicating the value of work to ICM customers and families, expanding internship opportunities through the growth of agency-developed businesses, and creating employment partnerships with employers throughout Arkansas. This Supported Employment Administrator will also implement new employment programs and access alternate funding streams to increase employment opportunities for the persons served. As a leader in disability supports, ICM strives to continually enhance the quality of supports provided to all persons served by practicing an individualized and person-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with business development, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for helping people increase their independence and live meaningful lives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience supervising employment supports for persons with developmental disabilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
