Fast growing family owned and operated home healthcare company, providing quality home care services to seniors in communities throughout the state of Massachusetts is currently seeking a full-time Scheduling Assistant to join our health care team in our Burlington office. We are proud of our staff and continued service for over 23 years with the understanding of just how important it is to find the quality home care for a loved one needing assistance. This is a great opportunity if you are energetic, able to multi-task and motivated to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will develop and advance into a Lead Scheduler role.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintaining professional relationships with the clients, families, caregivers and case managers
• Assist schedulers with schedules, notices and time slips
• Copy, file, fax, email and text documents as needed for scheduling

• Order and maintain necessary office supplies and clinical stationary

• Coordinate and collect time slips from caregivers to assist with weekly payroll process

• Report all unresolved problems to the lead scheduler

• Assist with the administration of new applicant hires as needed

• Coordinate and collect the monthly flow sheets from caregivers and submit to appropriate ASAP

• Work as team member to ensure schedule and authorizations are accurate

Qualifications
• High School Diploma required. BA/BS Degree preferred
• Scheduling experience preferred, and working with ASAP's is preferred but training is provided for the
  right candidate looking for career growth
• Strong computer skills and computer database experience preferred
• Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
• Capable of working with a diverse workforce and client base, as well as various elder care service
   agencies
• Possess excellent organizational skills 

• Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with
  employees and consumers, both on the phone and in-person
• A team player, capable of working within a diverse environment
• Bilingual a plus
