The Jewish Foundation for Group Homes (JFGH) in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). JFGH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion of individuals with disabilities, regardless of faith or creed. JFGH's programs support more than 200 individuals in over 70 sites throughout the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Support is provided through JFGH's residential, transitioning youth and social programs. The CEO is the chief administrative and program officer of JFGH with overall strategic and operational responsibility for JFGH's staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission.

The successful candidate will possess an academic and professional human service/social service or related area background. S/he must have the vision and leadership experience to guide this multi-layered, multi-site organization with strength and presence as well as the passion for work on behalf of challenged groups. Significant board development, financial resource development, government relations and disabilities, or related, experience is a must for this position.
