Director of Clinic Services - The Arc of Westchester, Westchester County, NY

Arc of Westchester a leading non-profit social service provider in Westchester County, NY has a leadership opportunity available for a Director of Clinic Services.

The Clinic Director is responsible for the program administration and operations of the OPWDD licensed Article 16 Clinic/Wellness Center.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic direction of the clinic in response to local, regional, and national trends
• Actively participate in Managed Care planning
• Develop and monitor budget as well as oversee billing processes
• Recruit and administratively supervise clinic staff and consultants
• Oversee the selection and conversion to an electronic health record.

 Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of accredited college or university preferably with a Masters Degree in Health/Human Services field (e.g. Social Work, RN, Health Care, Public Administration)
• Must have at least 3 years experience in the operation and management of an Article 16 or similar clinic.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with ensuring quality managed care services required.
• Administrative and billing and coding experience required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
