Faculty Positions
Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics
University of Cincinnati and
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center

The Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking academic faculty who are board certified or board eligible in developmental and behavioral pediatrics or neurodevelopmental disabilities.

U.S. News & World Report ranked Cincinnati Children's as one of the nation's top three pediatric hospitals, but we are far more than a number or ranking. We are a resource for families, physicians, and community providers. We strive to be a positive force in the community, improving public health for children with disabilities.

Our faculty work in multi-disciplinary teams of professionals in the comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning of children from infancy to young adulthood with a range of disabilities, such as autism, spina bifida, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, specific learning disabilities, and sensory impairments.

Divisional training excellence includes efforts of our long-standing Leadership in Excellence in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities, residency rotation in developmental and behavioral pediatrics, and community outreach activities, such as our collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control initiative, Learn the Signs, Act Early.

We have active research endeavors in autism, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, Angelman's Syndrome, ADHD, and hearing loss. Our active clinical program allows for readily accessible populations to answer relevant questions, thus rapidly advancing the care of those we serve.

This is an excellent opportunity to pursue a career in a state-of-the-art facility in a vibrant academic environment. Faculty appointments are granted through the University of Cincinnati and the level/rank is commensurate with the candidate's experience.
