Testimony by Rachel Gandell, the Chair of the Friends of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). The coalition included over 100 organizations representing scientist, physicians, health care providers, patients and parents concerned with the health and welfare of women, children, families, and people with disabilities. Advocating for Labor, Health and Human Services, Education Appropriations Subcommittee to support at least $32 billion for the NIH, including $1.37 billion for NICHD for FY2016
