On May 9, Congressman George Miller (D-CA), ranking member of the House Education and Workforce Committee, re-introduced the Keeping All Students Safe Act (HR 1893). He was joined by 12 co-sponsors, including Gregg Harper (R-MS). The Alliance to Prevent Restraing, Aversive Internventions and Seclusion (APRAIS) thanked Reps. Miller and Harper for their leadership in this issue. AUCD is a member of APRAIS and signed on to the letters.
