On April 23, 2013 the National Council on Disability heard testimony from the disability rights community regarding their work on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. AUCD's Council on Community Advocacy (COCA) provided a statement, as did the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities, United States International Council on Disability, and Disability Rights International.
