Bruce Keisling, PhD, and Celia Feinstein, MA, Elected to 2012-2013 AUCD Board

Bruce Keisling, PhD, has spent the last five years as the UCEDD and LEND Associate Director at the University of Tennessee Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities. For nearly a decade Bruce has been involved at both the centers and university, initially as a member of the psychology faculty. Bruce has also held many key leadership and advisory positions in the state of TN. Bruce "...brings with him an enthusiasm, scientist-practitioner perspective, and interpersonal style that will help build and support relationships and opportunities within and beyond the network."

Celia Feinstein, MA, has worked in the AUCD network for over 30 years, most recently as the new Co-Executive Director of the Institute on Disabilities UCEDD at Temple University, PA. She has collaborated with many in the network on deinstitutionalization projects and waiting list issues as well as quality of life assessments. Her positions at the Temple UCEDD have spanned from evaluation and research to training and technical assistance as well as external projects with AIDD. In her state of PA she has participated in the Pennhurst Longitudinal Study, the National Core Indicators implementation and more recently the Self-Advocacy Summits.
