The following materials (to the right), were put together by the Coaltion for Health Funding as guidelines for individual advocates and organizations to help promote your participation in this effort:  (1) Customizable NDD Fact Sheet (for your ongoing efforts on Capitol Hill, we encourage you to use this fact sheet and customize it to suit your needs using the blue, editable text box on page two), (2) a sample press release (for organizations that wish to showcase their involvement), (3) the sign-on letter with the nearly 3,000 signatures, (4) Social Media Tip Sheet, and (5) Media Talking Points Sheet.
