MCHB-AUCD Interprofessional Leadership Learning Collaborative

Purpose

The purpose of the MCHB-AUCD Interprofessional Leadership Learning Collaborative is to engage MCHB-funded interdisciplinary leadership training programs in an experiential, skill-based "community of practice" related to the UNC MCH Leadership Consortium model. The overall goal of this learning collaborative is for participants to incorporate and evaluate this intentional type of leadership training as a component of their MCHB-funded interdisciplinary leadership training programs.

The MCHB-AUCD Interprofessional Leadership Learning Collaborative is a year-long quality improvement opportunity comprised of in-person training workshops and ongoing technical assistance to participant programs. The learning collaborative will commence with a 4-day "Leadership Intensive" July 31-August 3, 2012 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Who Should Apply:

This opportunity is available to any applicant representing MCHB-funded interdisciplinary leadership training programs including: Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND), Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH), Pediatric Pulmonary Centers (PPC), and Schools of Public Health (MCH-SPH) 

How to Submit Online Application
  1. Open "Online Applications" page (https://www.aucd.org/app/)

  2. Create new account by clicking on the link "Register Here". You will be asked to provide your email information and username. Upon submission of that information you will recieve email with your account (username and password).

    Once your account is created, you will be able to login on Online Applications page by entering your username and password in login form.

  3. After login you will be able to complete your profile and submit an application.

Interested programs must complete the application components outlined in the Request for Applications and submit the application online by
Friday, May 4, 2012.
