AFP 2011 in Review

December 6, 2011

The 2011 Summit of the Alliance for Full Participation (AFP) was highly successful, with over 1250 participants all involved in a campaign to double integrated employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A video of 2011 Summit highlights is available here, and session handouts can be downloaded here. AFP is a formal partnership of leading developmental disabilities organizations with a common vision-that people with developmental disabilities and their families realize the promise of integration, productivity, independence and quality of life choices. AUCD is proud to be one of 15 founding member organizations of AFP, and continues service on its Executive Board.
