This issue of FOCUS describes a systematic review that was conducted by a team of researchers trained through the NCDDR's online course. The review examined whether cultural competency interventions improve rehabilitation outcomes for ethnically and
linguistically diverse individuals with disabilities, and if so, for whom and under what conditions.
