Two Wyoming Institute for Disabilities' faculty members received awards. WIND Associate Director Sandy Root-Elledge and Disability Studies Professor Michelle Jarman were both surprised when they received awards at the University of Wyoming College of Health Sciences spring meeting.

Sandy Root-Elledge was awarded the Meritorious Service Award for her never-ending efforts and work within the disability field. Michelle Jarman received the Outstanding Teacher Award for her above and beyond teaching in the classroom and work with students.
