CDC's Pediatric Call: H1N1 Vaccine and School Guidance

Georgina Peacock, MD MPH, Pascale Wortley, MD MPH, and Francisco Alvarado-ramy, MD held a webinar for those who work in pediatrics entitled "H1N1 Vaccine and School Guidance."   

The purpose of the presentation was to enhance clinicians' knowledge of emerging or re-emerging threats, their effects on human populations and medical evaluation and management of these threats.  The speakers presented an epidemiology overview, ACIP recommendations, Clinical trials and licensure, safety monitoring, vaccine logistics, and vaccine financing.
