Employment Opportunities with AUCD

The Association of University Centers on Disabilities, located in Silver Spring, MD, is a national, nonprofit organization that promotes and supports the national network of interdisciplinary centers advancing policy and practice through research, education, leadership, and services for and with individuals with developmental and other disabilities, their families, and communities.

AUCD staff are a growing and diverse group of individuals working on projects related to  the health, families, education, employment, and wellbeing of people with developmental disabilities and the policies, systems, and services with which they interact on a daily basis.  Continued growth in the AUCD network has led to an in increase in opportunities for qualified professionals who wish to be part of this dynamic and growing organization.

We are currently seeking high caliber individuals to join our team in the following capacities:

  1. Project Director (CDC initiatives) - a full time Senior position at AUCD
  2. Program Manager/Specialist (CDC initiatives) - a full time position at AUCD
  3. Program Specialist (MCHB initiatives) - a full time position at AUCD
  4. Policy Fellow in Disability Leadership - a full time fellowship with AUCD
  5. Virtual Trainee - a part time traineeship at your home Center
