CMS Awards Real Choice Grants; Collaborative of Six DD Agencies Receives $2.1 Million in Grants

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has awarded Real Choice Systems Change (RCSC) Grants totaling $13.9 million to states to develop programs that will enable people with disabilities to reside in their homes and participate fully in community life.
