July 10, 2007

Applications are due by 4:00pm CDT on July 31, 2007

Only online submissions will be accepted.

The Community Access To Child Health (CATCH) Planning Funds program provides grants in amounts from $2,500 to $12,000 for pediatricians to develop innovative, community-based initiatives that increase children's access to medical homes or to specific health services not otherwise available. Planning project activities must lead to sustainable, community-based child health initiatives that increase access to care, especially for underserved children, and address health disparities among children. Resident CATCH grants also are available but are limited to a maximum of $3,000 (please see CATCH Resident Funds for more information).
