4 Advocacy Tips for ESSA Implementation

The National Down Syndrome Congress has issued a set of four tips advising disability advocates how to influence implementation of the Every Student Succeeds Act. Advocates contact their Chief State School Officer, coordinate efforts with peer groups and self-advocates, and be informed about and engaged with other "student subgroups" defined in the law.
