Northern Marianas Welcomes New UCEDD Director

The Pacific Basin University Center for Excellence for Developmental Disabilities (PBUC-DD) in partnership with the Northern Marianas College has recently hired Mr. Floyd Masga as the UCEDD Director for the Northern Marianas College.

Floyd a graduate from Framingham State University holds a Master's Degree in Education as well as an undergraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington. We welcome Floyd as he takes on his role as UCEDD Director.
