Please note that all proposals in response to the AUCD Call for
Participation must be submitted electronically. The list below is provided to assist you in organizing your information prior to
entering it on the website. Download these guidelines [ 76kb] to use as a worksheet as you prepare to submit electronically.
Proposals must include the following:
- Title of Presentation
(Limit: 20 words) - Speakers/Presenters
All presenters must register for the conference and pay the conference fee. - Presentation Leader:
- Name
- Degree
- Title
- Center or other affiliation
- Mailing Address
- Telephone Number
- Email address
- As presentation leader I will assume responsibility for notifying the following co-presenters of all requirements regarding registration, conference fees and scheduling information.
- Other Presenters
- List all other presenters in the order they should appear in the conference program. All presenters must register for the conference and pay the conference fee. Preference will be given to group presentations that include self-advocates and/or family members, trainees and international, national, federal and local partners. If these individuals will be participating in your presentation, please note which group they belong to.

- Proposal Description for Program
(Limit: 50 words) Provide succinct information to assist participants in their selection of sessions to attend. This description will be used in the program to describe you session if selected.
- Abstract
Limit: 300-500 words. This abstract will be used to evaluate your proposal. Provide information on content, purpose, target audience and value.
