Catherine Marchetti, a Virginia LEND trainee, received the Teacher of the Year Award on November 20, 2014. Catherine is an Early Childhood Exceptional Education Teacher in Richmond Public Schools and has been recognized for her dedication, creativity and excellence in teaching.
