She is a certified TF-CBT therapist. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice and community mental health. Dr. Charlton currently works for Intercept Center at Aurora Mental Health, where their population is exclusively youth with mental illnesses and co-existing developmental disabilities, most of whom also have trauma histories.
