AUCD Central Office Position
Director of Operations/Office Manager. AUCD is looking for an outstanding individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to assist, support, and coordinate activities related to the internal and external management and operations of the Association and its network of University Centers and Programs. This person will provide direction and support on a wide range of activities that further the mission and goals of the AUCD network and the efficient and effective running of the Association's National Office in Silver Spring, Maryland. Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation 2008 Professional and Parent Public Policy Fellowships. The Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation is seeking outstanding professionals working in the field of inclusive services and supports for people with mental retardation, intellectual and developmental disabilities and parents or close family members of a person with mental retardation, intellectual and developmental disabilities for an intensive one-year Public Policy Fellowship in Washington, DC. The foundation anticipates funding two Fellows in 2008; the application deadline is September 14, 2007.
