OSEP


Office of Special Education Programs.  OSEP supports a comprehensive array of programs and projects authorized by IDEA that improve results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities.  OSEP, NIDRR and RSA are components of ED's OSERS.  Visit OSEP.

OSERS
Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.  Within ED, OSERS supports programs designed to educate children with special needs; provides for the rehabilitation of youths and adults with disabilities; and supports research to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities, regardless of age.  www.ed.gov/offices/OSERS/.  OSERS has three components: NIDRR, OSEP and RSA.
