Dr. Tina Crook, Ph.D., R.D., L.D., serves as Discipline Coordinator for Nutrition.  She is a graduate of Texas Woman's University.  She is a Registered Dietitian, the credential awarded by the American Dietetic Association, and she is licensed by the state of Arkansas.  Dr. Crook is an Assistant Professor and the Director of the Dietetic Internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  She has also worked as a clinical dietitian and research dietitian in pediatrics since 1994 providing nutrition care to children with a variety of conditions including neurodevelopmental disabilities.
