The CDC Disability and Health Partners Meeting is an ideal time to share the products that your organization has developed with state Disability and Health Grantees, CDC and other public health partners.
Conference materials are also available on the State Disability and Health Grantee Sharepoint Portal which features a Virtual Resource Table unique to the 2011 Partners Meeting. Attendees can share their resources before, during, and after the meeting and continue collaborating throughout the year.
