Collaboration and Sharing Resources

The CDC Disability and Health Partners Meeting is an ideal time to share the products that your organization has developed with state Disability and Health Grantees, CDC and other public health partners.

Conference materials are also available on the State Disability and Health Grantee Sharepoint Portal which features a Virtual Resource Table unique to the 2011 Partners Meeting.  Attendees can share their resources before, during, and after the meeting and continue collaborating throughout the year.  If you weren't able to attend this year's meeting, you can still access the Shared Resource Table virtually!

To learn more about how you can utilize Sharepoint to share your resources and learn more about what organizations are doing, view Sharepoint 101: Just in Time for the Disability and Health Partners Meeting in AUCD's Webinar Library.
