Gina Guarneri serves as the core function coordinator for community services and is a member of the Executive Committee. Gina has worked in the early intervention/early childhood special education field for over 30 years as a teacher, home visitor, principal, in-service trainer, and adjunct university faculty. She plays a lead role on several CEDD projects, including the interdisciplinary graduate-level DD training program, the Special Studies Module Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for medical students, and coordinates our early childhood initiatives and assistive technology projects. Responsibilities also include program development, capacity building and grant writing, especially in the areas of assistive technology and early intervention.
