Helen Panzironi, is the Training and Development Program Manager for the Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED) at West Virginia University, where she has been working for the past twenty-one years. She holds a Masters of Social Work, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Helen has worked in the field of developmental and other disabilities since 1974. Her major interests include disability advocacy, person-centered planning, positive behavior support, self-determination, strategic mapping, systems change and development.
