                         Assistant Director, Institute on Disabilities - 2013 to present

                          Communication with executive directors of subcontracted Assistive Technology Resource Centers (ATRCs); coordinate subcontracting process; writes and reviews RFPs for ATRCs; provide ongoing technical assistance to ATRCs to assure quality implementation of subcontracts.  Builds and maintains relationships with potential external funders; reviews and reports on statewide demonstration and training efforts; prepares federal reports. Coordinates all Assistive Technology (AT) events with staff; primarily responsible for day-to-day management of PA's Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT); supports personnel functions including creation, hiring, and/or upgrading of staff positions; advocates for/models the integration of AT activities in other Institute programs; collaborates with dissemination unit to develop and maintain current web and print content key to the success of the program.

                         Program Manager, Pennsylvania TDDP (PIAT program)  2007 to 2013

Contact with equipment vendors; preparation of vendor RFPs; submit invoices to fund administrator for payment; prepare program reports and budgets; attend advisory committee meetings. Develop and review TDDP RFP for subcontractors (regional centers); review proposals; review reports from subcontractors; coordinate recruitment of volunteer centers; supervise TDDP Project Coordinator, task supervision of TDDP Consumer Educator.

                         Public Awareness Coordinator, PIAT 2002 - 2013

                          Provide consumer-responsive information and assistance services.  Keep up with most current information regarding assistive technology products and services.  Conduct public awareness events related to assistive technology.  Statewide coordination of activities related to Public Awareness, requiring supervision of statewide subcontractors to ensure work statement compliance to mandated activities, participate in writing yearly RFP and proposal review.
