1993 - 2000, Wyoming Department of Family Services, county manager, Ombudsman and director of child support enforcement
2000 - Present, Wyoming Institute for Disabilities at the University of Wyoming, Principal Investigator for Medicaid Infrastructure Change Grant since 2000.  Formally project director for three separate employment grants and coordinator for community services at WIND
