Responsible for coordination of CCIDS communication resources; development, preparation and

marketing of materials and products in accessible formats to meet the needs of multiple and diverse

audiences, including people with disabilities and their families; public relations and annual

development; and the implementation of the five-year dissemination plan.


Administrative Associate 2006 to 2007

Provided complex non-routine administrative support to CCIDS Director. Processed confidential

personnel and student information. Supervised clerical personnel at CCIDS UM campus office.


Administrative Assistant I & II 2004 to 2006

Provided skilled administrative support to CCIDS Director. Maintained the Director’s appointment

calendar and daily agenda, scheduled travel arrangements, coordinated Center events, meetings,

workshops, colloquia and conferences, as assigned.
