PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Director of Data and Outcomes

Center for Learning and Leadership, Oklahoma's Federally Designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, December 2005 to present.

Duties: Manage and coordinate the collection, analysis and reporting of data and outcomes for the center. These duties include mentoring, program design, technical assistance, data analysis, program evaluation, goal development, and proposal development.

Program Evaluator

Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) for the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Child Study Center, August 2006 to present.

Duties:Manage and coordinate the collection, analysis and reporting of core faculty and trainee data and the outcomes for the program. These duties include mentoring, program design, technical assistance, data analysis, program evaluation, and proposal development.

Senior Researcher

Office of Planning, Policy and Research, OK Department of Human Services, Oklahoma City, June 2000 to November 2005.

Duties: Manage and coordinate all research projects requested by the Division of Child Care. Work individually and as a team, to produce statistical analysis, reports and projects that address agency concerns and issues. Develop of research projects to completion. This includes gathering, analyzing, evaluating and preparing a report of the findings.
