2005-Present - Project Coordinator I, (Promotion) Responsibilities include: coordinating the day to day activities of the Supported Leadership Initiative project. Overseeing the administrative components of the project is carried out. Supervise the Supported Leadership Facilitators to ensure that the identified individual self-advocates receive the supports necessary to meaningfully participate in all committee meetings and related activities. The provision of direct facilitation to assigned individual self-advocates

 

1991-Present - Administrative Assistant, (Promotion) Responsibilities include: assisting agency administrator in the preparation of budgets for agency grants and contracts; authorizing, processing and monitoring agency expenditures; implementing and maintaining fiscal recordkeeping for federal, state and local grants and contracts, specialized funds and contribution funds on spreadsheet; routine reconciliation of agency, University and contractor fiscal records; monthly and weekly payroll for employee consultants; supporting agency faculty, staff and students with daily operational needs; communication with other University departments and external agencies to facilitate day-to-day operations; hiring and supervising two to four student employees in day-to-day operations
