Education: A consistent theme throughout my career has been the professional development and advancement of people who have committed to providing services and supports to children with disabilities and their families. Additionally, I have grown to understand the importance of working with organizations and leadership within communities to effect change and improve outcomes for children and families. While my career began as a special education teacher, I have focused on early childhood in the past two decades.
