Vita/Bio
Kim is the new Director of Assistive Technology Programs at the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University. Prior to joining the Institute, she was a practicing speech-language pathologist specializing in clients with complex communication challenges, creatively enhancing lives with emerging technology. For many years she has worked with clients in community, residential, early intervention, medical and educational settings. Orginially from Cincinnati, Ohio, she received her Master's Degree from Miami University. Her undergraduate work was completed at Ohio University before the age of computers, the internet, social media and touch screens!
