Vita/Bio
Michael's helped thousands access and understand a complex network of healthcare services that otherwise would have led to institutionalization and poor levels of care. Through his work and education he has gained an expert level of knowledge of insurance programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Private), long term care services and assisitve technology as well as all of the legal policies and rulings in their provision.
Additionally, Michael has implemented marketing and web developments that have saved Iowans millions of dollars in offering a used medical equipment portal. Becoming a jack of all trades in the realm of technology from developing websites to accessing complex database systems and remote communication systems.
Michael loves to invigorate teams by addressing big goals, never being one to settle for the status quo or a broken system of operations. Michael has a well-honed ability to break down those goals in to actionable steps that keep employees happy and stress-free yet focused on the task at hand. He is a self-motivated individual that constantly strives for excellence in product brand and continuous learning of complex tools and policies in the ever changing realm of health care services.
