Tina Faber holds a Master's Degree from West Virginia University in Social Work.  Her undergraduate degree was obtained from West Virginia State University. Her professional experience includes serving as the Independent Living Coordinator for youth transitioning from foster care and development of a nationally recognized child abuse prevention program for the WV Department of Health and Human Resources.  Tina also serves on various boards and community projects including Legal Aid of WV, Jackson County Historical Society, and was recently elected as the Vice President of the WV211 Board of Directors. Tina joined WVU CED in November 2013 to manage the Mentoring and Oversight for Developing Independence with Foster Youth Program.​
