Bio:
Eileen Sparling is principal investigator for the Healthy Delawareans with Disabilities Project, which focuses on improving the health of Delawareans with disabilities and reducing disparities through system change initiatives and enhanced capacity in the state-based public health system.

Eileen has been developing and managing public health system change and communications programs with a focus on vulnerable populations in a variety of settings for more than 25 years. In addition to her ongoing work in health care accessibility, Eileen has developed state-wide educational campaigns, managed regional health marketing communications and served as a policy and educational consultant to public health practitioners.
