Phase I asked the participants to identify key components, Phase II asked leaders to consider characteristics that would prompt a referral to Teen Club. Phase I funded by UR School of Nursing $3,500. Phase II by SUNY at Buffalo, School of Nursing. $3,000(1999-2002)
