Elizabeth (Lizanne) Mulligan, PT, PhD, the LEND Core Faculty Member in Physical Therapy,  is Professor in the College of Allied Health Sciences in The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at UC and is the Physical Therapy Program Administrator.  She received her PhD from UC. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.  She is a Board Member for the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) and chairs OPTA's Southwest district.
