Rebecca Dosch Brown serves as The University of Minnesota LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) Program and Data Coordinator. MNLEND is an interdisciplinary leadership training program spanning 18+ disciplines across The University of Minnesota, funded by the Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) of the US Department of Health and Human Services. She provides day-to-day operational, technical, curricular, and editorial support to the MNLEND Director, Faculty, and Fellows.

Her work background spans teaching, research, advising, editing, and writing in areas of disability history, societal inclusion, culturally-responsive education, indigenous rights, literature, and community organizing. She is currently in the Public Affairss PhD program at the Hubert H. Humphrey School.
