Description: Rare disease(s) represented include renal agenesis, polydactyly, hypospadias, and Townes-Brocks syndrome (imperforate anus, triphalangeal and supernumerary thumbs, dysplastic ears, and sensorineural hearing loss) due to mutations in the SALL1 gene.
