Registration is currently open for the AUCD Conference! We welcome network members, non-network organizational partners, experts from all across the disability field, individuals with disabilities, family members, and fellows to learn and grow together during this exciting event. Whether you're a newcomer to the field or a seasoned professional, the AUCD Conference provides countless opportunities to share with and learn from colleagues and peers. AUCD2015 will feature three fantastic plenaries from high-level leaders, over 225 concurrent and poster presentations covering a broad spectrum of disability topics as well as innovative research, programming, and advocacy efforts.

Registration is currently open for the AUCD Conference and the following affiliated events:

AUCD2015 Conference and pre-conference membership meetings

This event is open to the public except where noted. Full conference registration for public/Center staff is $490; for trainees/advocates/family members is $290. Daily registration for Monday or Tuesday for public/Center staff is $260; for trainees/advocates/family members is $180. Sunday and Wednesday are free. The 6th and all subsequent registrants who identify from the same member Center in the dropdown list will see an automatic 20% discount on their final charge. Deadline to register: October 30. Deadline to cancel for partial refund: November 2.

AUCD2015 Plenaries Only

AUCD welcomes local friends, organizational partners, students, and invited guests to attend any of our three plenaries for free. This registration does not include access to other conference events or refreshments. Deadline to register: October 30.

PROMISE TA Grantee Meeting

This grantee-only meeting will take place on November 18-19. Meeting attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend part or all of the AUCD Conference; several presentations on Tuesday and Monday will be of interest, and the Wednesday morning plenary is focused on transition and postsecondary education. Learn more about the meeting. Deadline to register for the PROMISE Meeting: October 30. Registration for the AUCD Conference must be completed separately.

Genetics: LEND & Regional Collaboratives Meeting

AUCD and the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) are pleased to co-sponsor this event designed to bring together our two networks to share information and resources around genetics and genetic counseling. Learn more about the meeting. The meeting will be held on Saturday, November 14, and registration must be completed separately from the AUCD Conference.

Registgration Policies

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by November 2, 2015. A refund of the registration fee, minus a small administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Submit all requests to Gwen Clark via email. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted. 

Substitution Policy

To transfer your full registration prior to the seminar, please submit a written request to [email protected]. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Group Registrations

Group Registrations: For member UCEDD, IDDRC, and LEND program personnel and trainees, after the first five registrations from the same center using the dropdown menu provided, the sixth and subsequent will automatically receive 20% discounts off the base registration fee. Individuals from the same Center do not need to register together to be eligible for the discount.

Accommodations

All attendees who are in need of accommodations (interpreters, large print, braille, etc) must note this on their registration form or contact Laura Martin via email on or before October14, 2015. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests received with less than 30 days-notice.

Consent to Use of Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by the event organizers and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host convention and visitors bureau.
