Description

The presentation will discuss findings from two intervention studies assessing competency-based training programs for direct support professionals. One study targeted professionals in residential, employment, and non-work day settings, whereas the other study targeted professionals in employment settings. Both studies showed that the interventions resulted in better outcomes.
