This poster will describe the Equity Diversity Fellow's experience helping minority consumers and their parents to have a strong voice in the reform of California's Regional Centers to address racial, ethnic, and linguistic disparities in authorization, expenditures, and utilization of RC services. California has entitlement legislation and a 4.5 billion dollar budget to provide services to individuals who meet CA's definition of DD through 21 regional centers.Back to Session: Poster Symposium: Diversity Fellows
