Description

This poster presentation will address how alumni from the Alaska LEND Program form an ongoing statewide network of interdisciplinary leaders. The LEND alumni network offers a collective voice to improve services for children and youth with disabilities and their families. Key factors for sustaining and strengthening partnerships, such as fostering a community of practice to improve services for children and their families will be highlighted.
